I’m here to help you light your “fire.”
Whether your goal is to lose a little or a lot of weight, reshape your whole body, finish a 5K or post a new marathon PR; overcome health challenges, manage stress, become an exerciser for the first time or a combination of all of these, ultimately it’s YOU who will turn the goal into reality. I’ll work with you to develop both a short and long-term plan for success that works specifically for you, guide and arm you with the proper tools to not only meet your immediate goals, but to perpetuate the “fire” that will motivate you to stay healthy and fit for the rest of your life.
Personal training is available in one-hour sessions in your home, in a gym setting (with required membership), or in outside environs. I work with individuals of all levels, and specialize in weight management, mind/body fitness, muscular development, endurance sports training, stability/flexibility and sports-specific training. All training programs are individually tailored and include health history, complete fitness evaluation (if desired) and e-mail support. Package pricing is available.
