Thanks for visiting Velocity Fitness. I’m Cindy, and I’m an American Council on Exercise-certified personal trainer, a Road Runner’s Club of America-certified running coach, endurance athlete, experienced marathon runner and national health and fitness journalist.
In short, I ‘walk the walk’ every day, and I truly believe that taking control of your body and your health gives you the power to point your life in any direction you choose.
I created Velocity Fitness out of my desire to guide people in creating that power within themselves based on their goals, wishes and visions for a stronger, healthier body and mind, and in turn, a better life.
By working together, we can create that new power brick-by-brick, and you will learn how to take your body to levels it’s never reached before. It’s all about creating a firm foundation and a safe – and sane – approach to fitness improvement, weight loss/management, general health enhancement, stress reduction and sports performance.
Oh, and I might be able to help “skinny jeans” roll off the tongue a little easier, too.
